Effective September 1, 2025, in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.043(c), the City of Plano Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 is posted at www.plano.gov and the Taxpayer Impact Statement for a Median-Valued Homestead tax bill comparison is posted as follows:

FY2025-26 (Tax Yr 2025) Estimated property tax bill at the current tax rate of $0.43760 (per $100): $1,978

Background
This Ordinance approves and adopts the capital improvement projects in the Community Investment Program to be completed or undertaken in 2026-27, and sets the level of appropriations for the various funds, as reviewed by City Council.
