body
Background
Columbia Place is a 36-foot-wide collector street connecting Park Boulevard and 15th Street. Traffic circles are located at Sacramento Terrace and Brazos Trail to reduce vehicle speeds and improve traffic operations. Because the traffic circles narrow the available travel lanes, vehicles parked near the intersections could obstruct motorists and interfere with safe and efficient traffic flow.
The Transportation Engineering Division recommends establishing no parking zones on both sides of Columbia Place at Sacramento Terrace and Brazos Trail to maintain adequate clearance through the intersections.
Financial Summary/Strategic Goals
