City Council held a retreat on May 29, 2026, to review the Strategic Plan framework and identify Council’s top 3-5 priorities to guide implementation over the next few years.
The Strategic Plan reflects the feedback provided by City Council at the August 13, 2026, work session, regarding changes and edits to the Strategic Pillars and Strategic Success Factors.
Staff recommend City Council adopt the Strategic Plan as presented.
