Background
An Ordinance is being submitted for adoption to reappoint Kristine Primrose as Associate Judge of the City of Plano Municipal Court of Record for a four (4) year term beginning August 15, 2026, and set to expire on August 14, 2030, and to set the compensation of said Associate Judge.
Financial Summary/Strategic Goals
This request is to reappoint Associate Municipal Judge Kristine Primrose for a four-year term. The estimated amount to be spent including benefits for the remainder of FY 2025-26 is $23,798 and is available in the FY 2025-26 Municipal Court Judge Budget. The future amount is estimated to be $775,349 or $199,595 annually for FY's 2026-27 thru 2028-29 and $176,565 for a portion of FY 2029-30. All future years expenditures will occur within Council approved appropriations.
