Previous Action/Presentation

The Community Relations Commission held meetings in 2025 on April 3, April 8, April 10, April 15 and April 17, and made final recommendations at a public hearing on April 22 concerning the 2025-2026 Action Plan which detailed the use of Community Development Block Grant Funds (“CDBG Funds”) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds (“HOME Funds”).

 

City Council held a public hearing on July 28, 2025, to receive public comments concerning the recommendation of the Community Relations Commission. At the close of the public hearing, City Council approved the 2025-2026 Action Plan and related summaries, activities and proposed uses of CDBG and HOME Funds.

Background

Due to a clerical error, the summary of funding allocations in Resolution No. 2025-7-10(R) was incorrect and inconsistent with the approved 2025-2026 Action Plan approved by City Council, resulting in the need for adoption of an amendment to the resolution.
