A preliminary site plan was originally approved in 2022 for a medical office with a similar layout as shown in this proposed plan. Revised preliminary site plans were later approved in 2023 and 2025 with minor site design changes. The purpose for this revised preliminary site plan is to show an updated building design, site layouts, and other improvements necessary for the proposed medical office.
RECOMMENDATION:
